The official Moomin website, Moomin.com, today announced that it will be the first online shop to start shipping Moomin items worldwide. New shipping destinations include the US, Canada, Australia, Japan and many more. Deliveries begin March 3rd.
Moomin.com, which also goes under the name All Things Moomin, aims to be the main destination for all Moomin fans and fans-to-be, and the site seamlessly combines content and commerce into one complete Moomin experience. The integrated shop features a broad selection of high-quality Moomin products, some of which are not available anywhere else.
“We’re bringing Moomin to the world! There are Moomin fans in all corners of the world but in many places there are no retailers that sell Moomin items. From now on Moomin.com will deliver practically worldwide”, said Jens Krogell, managing director at All Things Commerce.
The Moomin shop has been running for three months and has already delivered hundreds of orders throughout the EU countries. It also features unique Moomin content, presentations of the various Moomin characters and an in-depth view of their original creator Tove Jansson. The site also features a blog with exclusive Moomin-related content.
