Find inspiration for your own stories from Tove Jansson’s first Moomin books! The Moomins and the Great Flood (1945) tells the story about Moominmamma and Moomintroll’s search for the missing Moominpappa, and how they found their way to the Moominvalley. The beginning of all the Moomin adventures!
In the second book, Comet in Moominland (1946), young Moomintroll and his friend Sniff set off to consult the professors in the distant Lonely Mountains when mysterious signs start to appear of a strange star with a tail.
